SRS System requirements specification
How to format this document,, look up examples and look out for prof dropping some
Intro describing problem and parties involved
Describe scope and requirements of project, audience, scope, capabilities of system, and budget constraints (can be semi made up)
requirements, functional (logic of system, like when you login what do you see (you see a list of grocery stores nearby and accounting system (what account info do we keep?))) and non functional (UI and aesthetics)
First probably functional
Other concerns, security? backups?

Compile all that and make a document
Have "signatures" of all members
That becomes the baseline of the project and the contract that we will use for the final project
Link that SRS to the company website
